Job Description
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; this includes the internal recruitment process. Has to execute within the defined recruitment cycle time.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic recruitment sources
- Source suitable candidates through advertising, agencies, and career fairs
- Participate in career fairs
- Coordinate internal searches
- Oversee screening and shortlisting
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant subject
- A minimum of 4 - 5 years experience within the Human Resources domain
