Job Description
The Finance and Administration Officer will provide Siren’s Team with appropriate finance and administrative support. Key tasks include processing payments, managing records, reconciling transactions, and assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Processing payments, petty cash, and reimbursements
- Managing records and receipts.
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
- Assisting with monthly financial reports and donor documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
- Managing cash flow and preparing monthly cash flow projections.
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset register.
- Managing office supplies and inventory records
- Maintaining external relationships with service providers
- Handling logistics and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, ideally for an international NGO.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Advanced experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
