Chief Commercial Officer – Real Estate & Giga-Projects
Job Description
The CCO will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of commercial initiatives within the real estate and mega-projects sectors. Maximize profitability and create sustainable competitive advantages through commercial strategy formulation, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. Build and lead high-performing teams. Driving revenue growth, optimizing business performance, and spearheading innovation in service offerings. Ensure compliance with industry standards and foster relationships with partners and governmental bodies.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the strategic commercial plan

Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial roles
