Customer Success Management Specialist (Remote)
Job Description
Managing and growing customer relationships after the sale. Ensure full adoption and value realization from the company's solutions. Build partnerships, drive renewals, and uncover growth opportunities. Work with Sales and internal teams to execute Customer Success Plans.
Responsibilities
- Participate in internal handovers for customer context
- Co-create Customer Success Plans
- Drive solution adoption and usage
- Lead business reviews and track health metrics
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with small to mid-sized portfolios
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
