Job Description
Analysis and treatment of incidents/anomalies from application users or customer complaints. Maintenance management and prioritization of fixes.
Responsibilities
- Support and analysis of incidents/anomalies
- Preparation and execution of service operations
- Prioritization of fixes in collaboration with Project Owners
- Tracking of production bugs
- Analysis of recurring incidents and proposal of solutions
Qualifications
- Higher education in Computer Science
- At least 3 years of successful experience in application support
- Fluent French and good written and oral communication skills
