Role: Call Centre Agent. Type: Outsourced Client. Industry: Retail. Contract Duration: Long term. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously to understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues

  • Meet daily/weekly call quality and productivity targets
  • Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines

Qualifications
