Facility Management Director
Job Description
The Facility Management Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments. The role focuses on managing maintenance, facility services, budgets, vendors, and improvement projects while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all facility management operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities
- Develop and implement facility management strategies and operational plans
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Manage facility budgets, cost control, and financial planning
- Supervise facility teams, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in facility management or related fields
- Strong experience in operations, vendor management, and budgeting
