Pricing Engineer MRO - Fluoroseal Group
Job Description
Support day-to-day customer requirements by preparing accurate and timely pricing for MRO requests, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and commercial requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue day-to-day/MRO quotations according to price lists, lead times, and product configurations
- Verify stock availability, standard lead times, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with Operations Manager, Planning, Supply Chain, and Shipping
- Use predefined tools, worksheets, and checklists to ensure quotation accuracy
- Support clarification of customer requests and respond to quote-related inquiries
- Participate in quote validation reviews
- Update CRM and quotation logs
- Initiate weekly or biweekly follow ups on submitted quotations
- Upload Quotes and other documents on client portals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
- 0–3 years experience in pricing, sales support, or commercial operations
- Strong attention to detail and structured working approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple RFQs
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
