Job Description
This role is ideal for a designer passionate about crafting distinctive brand identities that break away from conventional real estate aesthetics. The project centers on developing a pared-back, editorial-inspired visual identity for a Vancouver-based realtor’s new website. The focus is on clarity, refined typography, and timeless design.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive brand identity system including logo, color palette, and typography
- Design supporting materials such as business cards and digital assets
- Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency
- Prepare assets for handoff to the website designer
- Provide recommendations for maintaining an editorial look and feel
Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand identity and editorial design
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, timeless visual solutions
