Technical Account Manager - RHEL (Linux) Platform (Remote, Saudi Arabia)
Job Description
Work with Red Hat Platform products to help customers run environments efficiently. Deliver updates, conduct investigations, and manage cases. Build loyalty through high-value relationships and technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key IT stakeholders
- Conduct technical investigations for root causes
- Perform technical reviews and share knowledge
- Manage customer escalations
- Present periodic operational reviews
Qualifications
- Professional experience in support or engineering
- RHCE/Ansible certifications preferred
- Knowledge of Linux kernel, DNS, and networking
- Fluent in English
