IT Planning and Project Management Director
Job Description
The IT Planning and Project Management Director is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of Golf Saudi’s IT initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment between technology projects and organizational goals. This role oversees the IT portfolio, manages project delivery, and ensures that digital transformation efforts are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead the IT project management office (PMO)
- Manage the IT portfolio and prioritize projects
- Oversee IT budgeting and resource planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technology needs
- Monitor project performance and manage risks
- Manage relationships with technology vendors
- Drive continuous improvement in IT processes and governance
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Planning and Project Management team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT strategy, project management, or digital transformation
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
