Job Description
As the Vice President of Sales in a fast-growing beauty and personal care retail organization, you will shape revenue strategy, expand market presence, and drive growth across retail stores, e-commerce, and B2B channels. You will lead high-performing teams, optimize commercial performance, and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor nationwide sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Build relationships with key partners and distributors.
- Monitor sales KPIs and competitive activities.
- Drive the implementation of sales systems and CRM tools.
- Lead pricing, promotion, and product-mix strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and commercial governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in retail, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or fashion sectors.
- Strong track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi retail landscape and customer behavior.
- Experience managing multi-channel operations (retail, e-commerce, wholesale).
- Strong analytical skills in forecasting and commercial planning.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and ERP systems.
