Job Description
Yokogawa is a leading provider of industrial automation, test and measurement, information systems and industrial services. This role involves tracking suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to customers, and managing import/export requirements in the Middle East & Africa.
Responsibilities
- Track suppliers and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Manage orders with Letter of Credit (LC) or Liquidated Damage (LD)
- Organize documentation for smooth customs clearance
- Arrange logistical documents complying with local customs and VAT authority
- Optimize shipping costs by negotiating with freight forwarders
- Share logistical knowledge with sales and project teams
- Maintain proper documentation for all import/export shipments
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Import/export clearance requirements in the Middle East & Africa (ESMA/ECAS, COC, SABER)
- Thorough knowledge of latest ICC Incoterms - 2020
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
