Control & Reporting Assoc Analyst
Job Description
Managing the control aspect during system/project implementation at PepsiCo. Coordinate monthly field closing activities for Distribution Centers (DCs). Support bad debt and legal status reviews. Oversee daily financial operations at DCs. Collaborate with sales on operational excellence. Support supply chain I2C activities. Ensure control over 3PL, distributors, and stockists. Conduct market visits and AR aging reviews. Deliver dashboards and KPI reviews to leadership. Review and approve CCPFs, D&A provisions, and sales commissions. Verify sales cut-off procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve CCPFs for compliance
- Oversee daily closing activities for the DC team
- Approve D&A provisions and reporting
- Review and approve sales commissions and incentives
- Verify sales cut-off procedures for accurate AR recording
- Conduct quarterly control testing and remediation planning
- Assess ROI for commercial initiatives and key campaigns
- Identify productivity opportunities with transformation teams
Qualifications
- Preferable MBA/CPA/CIMA/CA/ACCA / Equivalent
- 3-4 years of FMCG experience in related field
