Job Description
Forterro is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead the organization for its MME Business across Europe. This is a highly strategic role overseeing 300 employees and a 40M Euro budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multicultural Professional Services organization of 300 people
- Own revenue and margin forecasting
- Orchestrate transformation initiatives like cloud migration
- Shaping the strategic direction aligned with business goals
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing and inspiring multicultural teams
- Strategic, analytical, and financially minded leader
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and steering large organizations
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management
- Fluency in English
