HR Manager - SAUDI -On-Site in Riyadh
Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business objectives by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and HR policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, and onboarding
- Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Develop and manage the performance appraisal system
- Assess training needs and implement learning programs
- Oversee payroll accuracy and update compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and legal regulations
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems
- Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or PHR are a plus
