Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight for complex building services projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading electrical design delivery, authority coordination, mentoring engineering teams, and supporting successful project outcomes from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical building services design on large and complex projects
- Deliver and review designs for HV/LV systems, substations, generators, UPS, lighting, earthing, lightning protection
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements including DEWA, ADDC, TAQA, SEC
- Oversee electrical deliverables across all project stages (Concept, SD, DD, IFC)
- Mentor and guide Senior and Intermediate Electrical Engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in electrical building services design
- Strong experience delivering projects in UAE and Saudi Arabia
