Creative Producer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Producer to join our dynamic marketing team at Ruby Labs. This full-time role is central to driving our advertising creative process across consumer-focused brands. You will be responsible for developing new ad concepts, managing production timelines, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that our creatives not only captivate but also convert.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation and iteration of video and static ad creatives, using a strictly data-driven approach.
- Write clear, structured briefs for motion designers, graphic designers, and content creators (concept, copy, structure, references, assets).
- Review and approve final advertising creatives and UGC content to ensure quality and performance standards.
- Adapt creatives for different platforms, formats, and audience segments.
- Research and analyze creative strategies within the niche, including competitor analysis using relevant tools.
- Continuously develop and test creative hypotheses, monitor trends, and apply best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance together with the UA Manager, draw clear conclusions, and implement improvements based on marketing and business metrics.
- Collaborate daily with the marketing team to review acquisition results, share insights, and propose new ideas, tools, and approaches.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience producing performance-driven creatives for paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience working with subscription-based products (mobile apps or web).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data.
- Confident working with performance metrics in Facebook Ads Manager and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- High level of responsibility, consistency, and ownership.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
- English level B2+.
