Job Description

Responsible for providing comprehensive office administrative support while coordinating and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS). Ensures document control, audit preparation, and compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
  • Handle correspondence and filing systems
  • Maintain and control IMS documentation
  • Support implementation of ISO standards
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
  • Track non-conformities and improvements
  • Follow up on audit findings
  • Maintain compliance registers

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations, or EHS
  • ISO Internal Auditor training (9001/14001/45001) preferred
  • 4–8 years total experience
