Job Description
Position: Human Data Manager (Early Career). Type: Hourly contract. Compensation: $30–$45/hour. Location: Remote. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week. Role Responsibilities: Design, build, and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis. Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize operational performance and data quality. Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally to align data operations with business objectives. Develop reporting frameworks to track key metrics and workflow improvements. Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, integrity, and quality standards. Take ownership of operational challenges and drive solutions proactively. Requirements: Strong foundation in data operations, project management, or workflow optimization. Technical aptitude with experience analyzing data or improving processes. Ability to interpret and clearly communicate data-driven insights. High attention to detail and ownership mindset in managing data quality. Strong collaboration skills and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
