Senior Lab Technician
Job Description
Fugro Geotech is hiring a CMT Technician responsible for laboratory and field materials testing of construction materials including soils, aggregate, concrete, and asphalt. The technician must perform tests according to standard methods (ASTM, ACI, BS, DIN) and QMS SOPs, record data accurately, and provide training to junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Collect, register, test, store, and dispose of samples
- Ensure equipment is in good working order and calibrations are up to date
- Conduct required tests and record results accurately
- Produce test data on standard format worksheets
- Perform test data calculations and prepare reports
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping
- Provide training to juniors
Qualifications
- Qualified to attain competency rating 4~5 for mandatory tests
- Well familiar with international material testing standards like ASTM, ACI, BS, DIN
