Head Chef
Job Description
We are looking for a Lebanese head chef to join our team for a new Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand opening soon in Beirut. The new brand focuses on Shawarma and Grills. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage culinary activities, and lead the kitchen team while maintaining high standards of food quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and culinary activities
- Lead the kitchen team and mentor junior staff
- Manage menu planning and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to deliver consistent dining experience
Qualifications
- Extensive culinary skills in food preparation and menu creation
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Culinary degree or equivalent is an advantage
