Account Executive - Services - KSA
Job Description
Drive the sale of Cisco’s Customer Experience Services portfolio across a range of accounts in Saudi Arabia. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and channel partners to accelerate growth and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies
- Lead the adoption of new services and guide product launches
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Lead and publish service responses for RFPs and bids
- Ensure customer support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in value-based sales within the Internet, Communications, or Technology (ICT) sector
- Demonstrated experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts
- Solid understanding of Saudi public sector procurement processes
- Experience working in a multinational environment
