Job Description

Drive the sale of Cisco’s Customer Experience Services portfolio across a range of accounts in Saudi Arabia. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and channel partners to accelerate growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies
  • Lead the adoption of new services and guide product launches
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Lead and publish service responses for RFPs and bids
  • Ensure customer support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in value-based sales within the Internet, Communications, or Technology (ICT) sector
  • Demonstrated experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts
  • Solid understanding of Saudi public sector procurement processes
  • Experience working in a multinational environment
