Chef de Partie - Levantine/Mediterranean Cuisine
Job Description
Assist in any of the hotel’s kitchens, contributing to the overall success of outlets and banquets. Strong technical control of the breakfast hot kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Organize assigned kitchen section
- Ensure dishes are prepared to standard recipes
- Monitor food costs and reduce waste
- Train culinary associates
- Ensure effective food storage and rotation
- Provide courteous and professional service
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Levantine and Mediterranean cuisine
- Experience with à la carte and buffet breakfast in luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
