Human Resources Manager
Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in compliance with Iraq labor laws
- Contact with government departments (SSD, Expat Department, Ministry of Labour, etc.)
- Support HQ and MEA regional management in organizational restructuring
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning
- Manage performance appraisal systems
- Oversee compensation & benefits design, budgeting, and cost control
- Develop positive employee relations and handle labor disputes
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience in appliances, electronics or other related industries
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandarin is a plus)
