Job Description
Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic Food & Beverage Division of a leading Saudi Group of Companies. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening strategic partnerships within the Saudi F&B sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored F&B solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across catering services and hospitality operations.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead proposal development, bid submissions, and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized service offerings.
- Represent the company at F&B exhibitions and trade events.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Prepare sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and Saudi regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the F&B industry.
- Strong, well-established network and client relationships within the Saudi F&B market.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, securing F&B contracts, and developing long-term strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends, customer needs, and operational aspects of the F&B industry.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
