HR cum Public Relationship Officer
Job Description
Dream Come True Group of Companies is looking for an organized and skilled HR cum Public Relationship Officer to join our team on immediate basis at our office located in the World Trade Center.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Assist in setting up performance appraisal systems
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Coordinate employee training programs
- Process all kinds of Visa and Renew Trade Licenses
- Manage knowledge of Online Portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED)
Qualifications
- Minimum 02 Years Experience is Required
- Good Communication Skills
- Hindi, Urdu, English is required
