HR Officer - Healthcare
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a background in healthcare or hospital environments to manage day-to-day human resources operations and provide effective support to both clinical and non-clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of hospital staff
- Coordinate payroll inputs and monitor attendance and leave records
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR-related inquiries
- Support performance management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven HR experience within a hospital or healthcare setting
