Job Description
The VRF Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning systems. The technician will ensure systems operate efficiently and meet the required safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission VRF/VRV systems
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Perform refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, and charging procedures
- Check and balance refrigerant piping and electrical connections
- Interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Maintain accurate service reports and job records
Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in HVAC / Refrigeration
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems
