Job Description

Viridien is an advanced technology, digital and Earth data company. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth for our data transformation services and solutions across the Middle East. The role can be based in key Middle Eastern hubs such as UAE or Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional strategic business development plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Oil & Gas and Mining
  • Sell first-to-market solutions
  • Identify client pain points and showcase value
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence

Qualifications

  • Proven success in selling niche, new tech services and solutions for subsurface data and digital transformation
  • Track record of year-over-year sales growth
  • Established network with Middle Eastern operators (NOCs, IOCs)
