RPA Mx Site Manager/Deployment Pool (K)

Oversees and coordinates the work effort of assigned subordinate personnel in support of the unit’s daily RPA operations. Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of the RPA Maintenance program at the site level. Acts as primary point of contact for customers. Essential Responsibilities: - Oversees plans and schedules for RPA MX operations - Interfaces with customers to support flying schedules - Manages site productivity - Evaluates employee performance Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (with 6 years exp) or HS diploma (with 10 years exp) - Minimum of ten-plus years actual Aviation Mx experience - Active Secret US Government Clearance - Valid U.S. Passport
