BIM Designer - Civil
Job Description
EGIS is currently looking for a highly skilled Autodesk Civil 3D focused R&H BIM designer and modeler to help us deliver multi-disciplinary projects. The role is expected to lead the BIM modelling for roads, highways, civil infrastructure, grading and surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day BIM production, design and modelling activities
- Develop 3D/2D dimensional models for roads, grading and civil infrastructure
- Extract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS
- Ensure all Models and drawings comply with project quality standards
- Prepare engineering drawings from the model including layouts, profiles, sections
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 Years Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years Civil 3D experience
- Proficient in CAD design 2D/3D (AutoCAD and Civil 3D)
- Knowledge of BIM codes and Standards (ISO19650, PAS1192-2, BS1192)
