Lead Primary Engineer
Job Description
The Lead Primary Engineer is the technical guarantor of the proper performance of design works conducted in his/her field of activity. Your main responsibility is to design and layout high-voltage (HV) substations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage design packages and aligned discipline provisional document lists
- Follow Discipline Design reviews & Gate reviews plans
- Ensure mitigation plans for ROR are formalized
- Strictly follow design management tools and submit coherent data
- Deploy and validate Discipline Interface sheets
- Use NCR system for the discipline
- Ensure compliance to Quality processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university in Mechanical / Electrical or related background
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in related activity (T&D, Power Gen, Oil & Gas)
- 5 - 8 years of experience working with Saudi Electricity Company
- Legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship
