Job Description
The Retail Store Manager is accountable for managing the daily store activities from administrative and operational to offering the best customer experience. S/He manages the team towards driving sales and optimizing stock performance.
Responsibilities
- Establish sales budgets and targets
- Apply the Apple planogram
- Manage daily store operations
- Ensure proper storage and control of inventory
- Lead and coach the team
- Handle customer complaints
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
