Manager - Policies and Processes
Job Description
Develop and maintain standardized procurement policies and processes for a flagship gigaproject. Ensure governance structures are in place and drive process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Standardize procurement policies and procedures.
- Establish governance frameworks for policy approval.
- Identify and address gaps in existing processes.
- Support audits to ensure policy compliance.
- Collaborate with L&D teams for policy training.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in policy governance or process management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
- Preferred: CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP certification.
- Fluency in English.
