ERP Human Resources Senior Manager
Job Description
Miral is seeking an experienced ERP Human Resources Senior Manager to lead, enhance, and support our Oracle Fusion HCM landscape. You will act as a Product Owner, Product Manager, and Project Manager, overseeing all Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, support operations, and HR technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support
- Serve as the primary functional expert across all HCM modules
- Translate HR business requirements into system solutions
- Manage vendor delivery and project scope
- Oversee all HR system integrations and data migration
- Develop HR reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL
- Handle production issues and root cause analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of cumulative experience with Oracle ERP HR modules
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
