Job Description
The Relationship Officer - VIP Clients is responsible for analyzing client data, building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their unique needs, and offering personalized solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service and maintain professionalism with VIP clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored solutions and services
- Ensure client satisfaction by anticipating needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and satisfaction levels
- Track interactions and key insights using CRM systems
Qualifications
- Must have CME-1 certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in relationship management or sales, preferably with HNW/VIP clients
