Job Description
Careem Shops is on a mission to reinvent the way people shop for groceries, pharmacies, flowers, and much more. As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for filling the selection gaps based on the directional strategy of the department and ensure the best offering to the customers along with the best quality of brands by hunting and onboarding new merchants and stores.
Responsibilities
- Acquire restaurant and shop partners
- Support and create plans to grow the business of assigned accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Utilize data-driven decision-making for ROI optimization
- Collaborate with merchants to fix experience components
- Partner with internal teams (Supply, Finance, Marketing)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar software tools
