Account Manager
Job Description
Computel is seeking a motivated sales account manager with proven experience in IT solutions and services to join our team.
Role Description:
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
* Managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their IT solution needs.
* Conducting client meetings, presenting and demonstrating IT and infrastructure solutions, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term client relationships.
* Collaboration with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions is an essential part of the role.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years experience in IT solutions or a similar field considered an asset
- Experience in customer satisfaction and account management
- Understanding of IT solutions, virtualization, cloud computing, and related technologies
- Full proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic
