What You Will Do - Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, including sauce preparation, cold meats, and vegetables. - Cook and prepare lunch, dinner, and support both hot and cold food preparations. - Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure accurate preparation, cooking, and presentation. - Contribute to menu planning for à la carte, buffet, and banquet offerings. - Maintain food quality, proper storage, and mise-en-place before service. - Support buffet setups and ensure smooth operations with adequate backups. - Keep all storage and refrigeration areas clean and organized. - Uphold strict kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards. - Manage requisitions and stock levels efficiently. - Provide exceptional, personalized service in an open kitchen setting. What You Bring - Passion for excellence in hospitality and culinary operations. - Strong cooking, organizational, and people-management skills. - Creativity and innovation in food preparation and presentation. - Culinary diploma/degree preferred. - Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role at a five-star luxury hotel.
