HR Director
Job Description
The HR Director is responsible for developing and executing the Human Resources strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. This role oversees all HR functions, ensures compliance with UAE labor laws, drives organizational development, and fosters a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and performance management
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Lead talent acquisition and manpower planning
- Design performance appraisal systems and compensation structures
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in real estate, development, or corporate group environments
