Job Description
Responsible for contract management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and project-related legal advisory for renewable energy EPC projects.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate EPC Contracts and vendor agreements
- Review RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents
- Ensure compliance with Electricity Act and regulations
- Manage legal notices and contractual claims
- Draft board resolutions and corporate documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Law
- 3–5 years of experience in EPC / infrastructure / renewable energy sector
