Job Description

The QHSSE Manager is responsible for overseeing all Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security related aspects within the complex/attractions. Including conducting audits, delivering training, incident management & investigations, managing access controls, and coordinating with local authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement SEVEN QHSSE standards across the complex and attraction
  • Plan and coordinate security resource allocation and staffing
  • Act as primary contact for QHSSE matters with stakeholders and authorities
  • Monitor compliance with security policies and conduct audits
  • Oversee the budgeting process for QHSSE operations
  • Lead and supervise security personnel
  • Manage the performance of third-party security providers
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans
  • Conduct regular risk assessments
  • Manage incidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees
  • Implement loss prevention strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety Management or Security Management, QHSE, or a related field
  • Certification in Security Management (e.g., CPP, PSP) is preferred
  • Health & Safety Professional (OSHA/IOSH)
  • First Aid and Emergency Response Certification
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in QHSE/security management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in ISO audit program (IS0 9001 or ISO 45001)
