Qatar Country Representative (Qatar)
Job Description
We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized professional to represent Amideast in the State of Qatar. The preferred candidate will be currently based in Qatar and have existing professional contacts in the Qatari business, academic, and philanthropic communities. You will assist in establishing and overseeing the local operations of Amideast, develop and maintain relationships with key partners, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Identify new programming opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Represent the organization at meetings and conferences
- Oversee project implementation and office budget
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum of a BA/BS degree in a related field (Master’s preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing and sales experience in Qatar
- Fluency in Arabic strongly preferred
- Current residency in Qatar strongly preferred
