Assistant HR Manager

Job Description

To direct, supervise and co-ordinate generalist HR activities within the HR function and assist leaders with relevant HR projects, programs and ongoing people related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Manage complex employee relations casework including disciplinarians, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
  • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure that HR issued are identified and addressed.
  • Play a significant part in understanding and improving employee engagement, female diversity and Kuwaitization initiatives.
  • Execute the annual performance management process.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training & development programs.
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
  • Support the annual talent review cycle and succession plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 - 8 Years relevant to HR generalist experience
