Job Description
The Feasibility Studies Expert evaluates the financial, market, and development viability of real estate projects across the full development lifecycle. The role supports land acquisition, master planning, and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end development financial models
- Calculate IRR, NPV, and cash flow forecasts
- Conduct detailed residential and mixed-use market studies
- Evaluate land acquisition opportunities
- Collaborate with cost consultants to validate assumptions
- Perform scenario modeling and stress testing
- Prepare investment memos
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or Economics
- Experience in real estate development feasibility, investment analysis, or development finance
