Job Description

The Customer Service Technician serves as a critical first point of contact for emergency and urgent service requests at Al Udeid Air Base. This role is responsible for receiving, documenting, prioritizing, and dispatching emergency calls related to life safety, security, medical, fire, and infrastructure incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage emergency and priority service calls
  • Document incident details and assessments
  • Dispatch and coordinate with emergency responders
  • Maintain professional communication under stress
  • Monitor ongoing incidents
  • Enter and update incidents in tracking systems

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or dispatch preferred
