Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to manage and supervise daily operations of our staff & labour accommodation camp. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth camp administration, maintain discipline, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the labor/staff camp
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance
- Maintain occupancy records
- Enforce camp rules and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and kitchens
- Liaise with HR/Admin regarding transfers and exits
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Camp Boss or similar role in UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of labor camp management and local regulations
- Camp Boss UAE: 3 years (Required)
