Manager - Cost Estimation - Real Estate Developer (USA Experience Required)
Job Description
A leading UAE-based real estate developer expanding into the USA (Texas / DFW market) is looking to hire an experienced Senior Manager – Cost Estimation to support their US projects from Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for high-end single-family homes and commercial high-rise projects in the Texas (DFW) market
- Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct market research on US (DFW) construction costs, vendor pricing, and material availability
- Build and maintain relationships with US-based subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with US building codes, permit requirements, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator / Cost Manager with proven experience in the USA (preferably DFW / Texas)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field (preferred)
