Mid-Level Technical Engineer / Presales
Job Description
The Technical Engineer / Presales will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures for our clients, while also supporting presales activities for cybersecurity solutions. This role requires expertise in Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other cybersecurity technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design & installation of network infrastructure
- Maintenance & support including software patches
- Security management (firewalls, antivirus, IPS)
- Performance monitoring and optimization
- Troubleshooting & repair
- Documentation & reporting
- Presales support (technical proposals, solution demonstrations)
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in network engineering or cybersecurity solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
